Truck / Pump Maintenance Schedules

I have a five septic trucks and am looking for a simple maintenace schedule program to ensure that my drivers are looking over their trucks and equipment over daily / weekly / monthly or whatever the case may be. It should cover pumps, filters, oil levels, lube, in and out cleaning, etc. The main things is that it needs to be simple for the drivers....or they just won't do it right. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a manual that you could use. send me your email address and I will email it to you. it's been written around liquid waste tankers and there is a section you could copy for your drivers.
