I just bought another truck with a 1200 Fruitland Vac Pump, does anyone have any information on these pumps? Are they a rugged pump or do they need to be babied? I have a 466 Challenger on my other truck and it is unbelievably rugged. This pump is three times the cost of the 466, and I want to make sure it hangs in there a long time. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated.
