Drain Cleaning Clause

Hi all, does anyone use a waver that a customer signs before any drain cleaning is done. Stating that the company is not responsible if the cable breakes, gets stuck or the cable damages the pipe. We are in the prosses of putting something together before it does happen. Thanks.
