Looking for a "Wise Waste Wizard" to guide us on the right path. Anyone using a dewatering roll-off dumpster for waste disposal? Is this working for you? What are you doing with the "clean" water? Anyone using a septic/leach field for the water disposal? How long is it taking for the solids to dry enough before taking to the dump? Polymer use? --I'm looking to get one and think I can save a bundle buying a used dumpster and then modify it myself. Need info on the filter fabric that I should use also. Point me in the right direction Wise Wizard!;)

Put me on the info list too.. We've been thinking on adding dewatering equip but unsure whats the better way to go.. I'd like info on used equip that i could refine to what we need.

Also... Can anyone give me any info on what to do the kitchen (brown) grease once it's dried... Got to be something to do with it other than truck to the landfill..

This dewatering lark must be the new "Black art" you would have thought someone would tell us all the secret ? I am going to have to get on a plane and head over to the US and start visiting the manufacturers to get a handle on this.....................
