Gallon+ of foaming hand sanitizer

I was wondering does anyone know where to buy gallons of this stuff? I heard about someone refilling bags a while back, I found some dispensers that just have a container that you can fill with foaming soap/sanitizer and would like to know.

do you use? is it foam or geL? (I know you wrote foam but never heard of refilling foam.. How many of your units have sanitizer?

I have found the gallon sizes, but its very rare and most of it is very expensive. I found one site that had them for 30 bucks a gallon though I dont remember which. I havent used any yet, I have the dispeners but I used them all to make ones with sinks in them.
