New baffles in truck tank

Hey,does anyone know how to go about having new baffles installed in a tank?I cant find any welders brave enough to get inside to weld them in place.

Unfortunately there is only one way, crawl on in! Jet it out to clean it up a little. Open up the manways on top and in the back, let it air out overnight, and crawl in. You'll have to grind off the old welds, gunk and debris, then re-weld it. Hopefully you have at least 24" or 36" manways. Good luck!
