Are there any good homeowner education packets out there? Are you using something that works for you? I've put together a "More than you wanted to know" type of info page for nearly all of the systems in this area. I'm willing to share mine, if you're willing to share yours. I'm always looking for ways to be more effective in getting the homeowner to care about that "thing in the yard". Trying to convince them to pump their tanks, take care of their aerators, etc.

id def be interested in seeing some of those i tried to put one together myself but it ended up being like 4 pages long

The National Small Flows Clearing house has an extensive library of brochures that are very customer friendly.

The Home Owners package contains all of the the info and is at great tool for first time septic system owners
