I had a toilet stolen from a job site this weekend. How does everyone else deal with this situation, customer, police,.....

Ultimately the customer is responsible for the unit. Don't forget to charge them for your time to go get a new unit (or shipping costs), administrative costs, etc. when you bill them for the replacement.

Wish was that easy, we charge an "optional" $5 insurance if you have 100 units out that is one brand new unit each month..... perhaps use this as an example to encourage getting insurance.

i have a brand on mine/won't keep them from getting stolen, but if i find it back some day can prove it's mine
