Our company receives calls from Real Estate Agents asking what kind septic inspection is required on different loans. FHA, VA, HUD and so on.
Where can we get the requirements for these types of loans so we know how to answer their question correctly.
Once I get the requirements, I plan to print up a info letter to the agents to help simplify there job and our too.
