Tanker Dome Ends info request

Found this info stamped in my domed ends:

N586230
Truck was built at Aquatech.
Curious if a builder can tell me what info these numbers contain.

I can decipher the first number for you - SA516-70 - is the specification code for the rolled carbon steel the tank is made of. SA516 is low temperature, pressurized service, and 70 is the grade. This is the steel that industrial boilers, and obviously, vacuum trucks are made of.

I don't know what the other numbers signify, maybe serial, build or model numbers of some sort?
