Just curious, if you have a potty out on contract rental and the customer decides that they only want service every 2 weeks, do you discount the rental rate?

we require service every week.
It make it easier on the driver, removing it from the route one week, adding it the next, wait a minute, I cleaned it last week, right??? ……
Cleaning the unit every week keeps it sanitary.
If the customer want to reduce cleanings to save money they are either a cheapskate, don’t respect what you do, or they are in financial trouble( will $20 a month save them). Cutting your service, or your price is a slippery slope.( you customer is dictating what your service is and what’s it worth, and you should expect damage or a call requesting service because its dirty)

In our area, every other week service is a standard option due to our cool climate. We discount the weekly rate by $15.

Here in the UK we get people trying to pull this stunt all the time, we tell them that the chemical deoderizer only lasts for 1 week and that our accounts system does not allow for bi-monthly servicing, if they want to pay the extra $1000 dllars for the software company to write in a bi option then they can have it every other week !! no one has come up with the $1000 yet:):)

We discount the monthly rental by $10, we make more money with bi weekly service then regular rental, you cant service a toilet for $5. We put on the list 2x monthly the driver knows what to do.

We use the "Deodorizer" won't last 2 weeks line. It works, they don't want a stinky toilet. :)
