I am trying to restructure my company and am looking for some new ideas. Does anyone have a unique work order that you use for your jobs. I am also looking for a new template for my secretary to use when taking calls. There was an article in a past pumper magazine where a company was showing there template taking calls, I think. Thanks for any help.

I made my own. Start with the basic info then more details about the system/property. I tried to make a place for every scenario that might come up, then each part that is pertinent to that call can be used, the others left blank.
