Im going to post this is the cleaner section too since Im not sure how many people check both, but what type of office software are you using? We have a 10 yr old software and am looking to replace at the expo. I want to know from people who are using it how much they like it, what they wish was different, etc.

We use Quickbooks.

do you use anything for dispatching jobs and recording invoice information?

There is a program called CASST. We use it for tracking septic sytems. We can create a service request and inspection reports but it won't handle scheduling and it's no longer supported (ie no more updates). You can store an enormous amount of information about jobs though. Though there is no specific place to put it, I keep records of how much we charged for each job as well.
