Hard grease

I need to come up with a way to quickly heat drums of hard grease to be pumped into a vac truck. any ideas:D

Maybe a couple of roofer's torches. They run on propane, have an extended handle and a big flame. Roofer's use them to keep tar soft when working on a hot tar roof. Perhaps keeping the drums "warm" between pumpings is a better solution.

I think the suggestion Peter made is basically the same thing, but a portable propane torch would work as well. Up here in the northwoods we use them to melt ice off sidewalks and roads. Go to NorthernTool.com and search for propane torch and they have several to choose from.
