I've seen some pretty nasty jet jobs.
Once, at a hospital, I saw hyprdermic needles fly out of clean out and stick into the jet operator.
Another time, I was at a mortuary at 3:am. Don't even ask...
Now, I see this video about a municipal jet man having blood spray back at him while jetting a manhole.
